We’re delighted to unveil the release of Rachel’s new solo album ‘Tutta Sola’ for Channel Classics on 28 October. The album will be given its US concert premiere at the Library of Congress, Washington on 8 November and its UK concert premiere at the Barbican, London on 15 December before touring on to Europe and the USA through Spring ‘23. Aside from recital touring, Rachel’s packed ’22/’23 Season includes return visits to the Irish Baroque Orchestra, Tafelmusik, Caramoor and two projects continuing her developing relationship with BBC Philharmonic Orchestra.

Jack Liebeck’s season sets of to a flying start as he releases new single ‘The Lark Ascending’ (arr. Paul Drayton) with VOCES8 on 7 October, and joins them celebrating Vaughan Williams’ 150th anniversary in a special concert ‘LIVE From London The Lost Birds’ which features a new adaptation of ‘The Lark Ascending’ for choir, orchestra and soloist on 15 October. These follow a superb first outing as Artistic Director of the Australian Festival of Chamber Music. Jack’s first festival exceeded audience development and ticket targets and supported new works, new premieres and artist debuts.

Percius is delighted to welcome two new artists to its roster, violinist Emily Sun who is “on the verge of international super-stardom” (The Australian) and composer Taylor Scott Davis whose “inspired pen” (Opera Today) captured many hearts with his recent orchestra and choir works for VOCES8 and LIVE From London Christmas which were premiered on Classic FM and digitally around the globe. The New Year brings new music and new albums too - Percius is proud to unveil new releases by Rachel Podger and I Fagiolini, plus debuts for Jack Liebeck and Simon Crawford-Phillips.

As the new season starts, conductor, countertenor and Artistic Director Barnaby Smith unveils his debut solo album, ‘Handel’ with Mary Bevan and The Illyria Consort. He looks forward to conducting the world premiere of VOCES8’s new orchestral programme ‘A Christmas Cracker’ in LIVE From London Christmas, before conducting debuts with Nederlandse Reisopera, at Nuremberg festival with the Academy of Ancient Music, and on disc with the Philharmonia Orchestra.

Jack Liebeck celebrates a five-star season start with his new solo album release, ‘Ysaÿe’, released on 8 October. The Times newspaper hails ‘Ysaÿe’ as an “exceptional release" giving the album a five-star review and noting “an old-time virtuoso reborn, able to fiddle away with such a flourish that you expect his violin to catch fire.” Jack’s concert season opens in return concerto performances with orchestras including the Philharmonia and Santtu-Matias Rouvali, BBC Philharmonic and Bournemouth Symphony before he launches his first Australian Festival of Chamber Music as the festival's new Artistic Director.

We’re thrilled to unveil Percius’ new projects page which includes LIVE From London and the third festival in its series, LIVE From London - Spring, plus new programme collaborations including Joanna MacGregor’s Soul of a Woman and I Fagiolini’s ‘Re-Wilding The Waste Land’. We look forward to upcoming album launches including Mozart world premieres from Rachel Podger and Christopher Glynn in March and a solo Ysaÿe album from Jack Liebeck in May, as well as showcasing conductor Barnaby Smith.
